Account and sign-in
Use the email address you signed up with and check your internet connection. If you cannot sign in, use the account recovery option shown in the app.
To request deletion, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion becomes final after 30 days. Read the Privacy Policy before confirming.
Choose the right Dock
Standard Docks are group chats. Broadcast Docks let admins post. Community Docks organise conversations into channels and categories.
Private Docks use invitations and stay out of discovery. Unlisted Docks are reached through a link. Public Docks can appear in discovery. Temporary Docks and their content disappear when their lifespan ends.
Grace and its allowance
Grace works with content you choose to give it and your Pocket. It does not read your private chats. You can review, edit or turn off its memory.
Every plan includes Grace. Pro provides 5.3× the Grace usage of Apex; Max provides 13.3×. Requests use allowance according to the work they take.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and last 365 days. They are used after the plan allowance.
Plans and subscriptions
Apex costs ₹249 per month or ₹1,999 per year. Pro and Max provide more Grace usage.
For cancellation, use the subscription controls where you purchased the plan. If you are unsure where the purchase was made, contact support with your account email and the purchase date. Never send card details, passwords or sign-in codes.
Security and privacy controls
Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. End-to-end encryption for one-to-one chats and Private Docks is in final testing.
You can control online status, last seen, typing, read receipts. Stealth Mode hides those signals together. Review and sign out devices you no longer use.
