Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do credit packs renew?
No. They are one-time purchases.
Do pack credits expire?
Yes, 365 days after you buy them. They are used after your plan's allowance, earliest expiry first.
Are Pro and Max available yearly?
Not yet. Pro and Max are monthly. Apex is monthly or yearly.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally non-refundable, and your rights as a consumer still apply. See the Terms of Service, Section 4.5.
